Order Acceptance

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, as preparation and production will already be in progress.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Madds Minis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure that all delivery and shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding damaged or incorrect orders.

Madds Minis products are nut-free, seed-free, and dairy-free, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product listing.

Our products do contain gluten (wheat), eggs, and soy.

We take allergen safety very seriously and guarantee that our products are free from nuts, seeds, and dairy unless explicitly noted. Customers with food allergies are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and contacting us with any questions.
