At Madds Minis, every order is freshly baked and prepared with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Order Accuracy
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or damage during delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered or picked up.
Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as products are baked fresh for each order.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or compromised during delivery, please notify us immediately so we can review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Because our products are made fresh, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible for the best taste and quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
All of our treats are mini-sized and dangerously delicious! We offer mini cookies and mini churros and sometimes a twist with our FOTM. All handmade, always fresh.
For regular orders, at least 3-5 days notice is best. For larger events 1-2 weeks in advance is ideal. The earlier the better — we book up fast!
Yes! We offer local delivery to select areas in Brooklyn, NYC and parts of NJ, Eligible zip codes are listed on the shopping page. Pick up is also available.
Yes — We do offer shipping! Shipping availability may vary depending on the item and destination, so check the product details or reach out with questions before ordering.
All of our products are Kosher, dairy-free, nut-free, and seed-free, unless otherwise noted. If an item contains anything different, it will be clearly labeled. Always feel free to ask if you’re unsure!

You can leave them out at room temperature for up to 4 days. For longer freshness, keep them refrigerated, or freeze them if you want to enjoy them later!

Each box of churros contains 30-35 pieces and comes with 2 delicious sauces. Our cookie boxes have about 90 mini cookies each.
Absolutely! We love when you order in advance so we can deliver your treats right on time.
Please note: All event orders (like platters and catering) must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Our mini cookies are about the size of a quarter, and the churros are roughly 2 inches long — the perfect bite size!
